Salesforce Unveils AIforce Interface Layer at Dreamforce 2026
Salesforce unveiled its new AIforce interface layer at Dreamforce 2026, connecting enterprise data and workflows to AI tools. CEO Marc Benioff emphasized that it's an 'interface revolution,' citing the shift from DOS to GUIs, web, and mobile interfaces.
AIforce allows users to build customized live interfaces without opening a dashboard, grounding questions in Salesforce data and business logic. Agents can read across hundreds of records at once and pull in connected systems, reason, and take action.
Salesforce also revealed deeper partnerships with Nvidia and Google Cloud. The vendor is working on CRM reasoning model called Koa, built on the Nvidia Nemotron AI model family, which will improve agents' ability to reason through complex workflows.
