Salesforce Unveils Enterprise AI Harness to Tame Complex Business Processes
Salesforce has introduced an Enterprise AI Harness that brings together six capabilities to give agents what they need to do complex work reliably, securely, and at scale. The Agentic Enterprise is changing how work gets done, with agents taking on more responsibility for understanding what's happening, deciding what to do next, and taking action across systems.
The Enterprise AI Harness connects reasoning to business rules, policies, and controls required for predictable execution. It makes these capabilities reusable across the enterprise, sharing context across agents and models, securely invoking actions and workflows wherever they're needed, and applying governance and security consistently as AI moves across the business.
Salesforce is drawing on core technologies from Data 360, Informatica, MuleSoft, Agent Fabric, Tableau, Agentforce, Salesforce Guardian, and the Salesforce Platform to build this architecture. The Enterprise AI Harness has six trusted capabilities: Trusted Context, Trusted Agency, Trusted Action, Trusted Governance, Trusted Security, and Trusted Models.
Trusted Context brings together customer context with data, metadata, semantics, knowledge, real-time signals, memory, and an understanding of how work gets done across the enterprise. Trusted Agency gives agents the reasoning, planning, state, memory, collaboration, and orchestration they need to pursue complex business outcomes.
