Salesforce has introduced Koa, a CRM reasoning model for Agentforce built on top of NVIDIA's Nemotron-3-Super-120B foundation model. The model was trained on a proprietary synthetic dataset modeled on enterprise knowledge from nearly three decades of CRM deployments.

Koa is designed to help agents reason through complex, multistep workflows and use the right tools to complete work. According to Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff, 'The most valuable thing Salesforce has built isn't our platform, it's the accumulated knowledge of how enterprise business actually works.'

Salesforce said that no customer data was used to train Koa, and the training corpus was built entirely from synthetic scenarios covering the reasoning, tool use, and decision-making skills Agentforce agents apply across CRM workflows.
