Salesforce Unveils Koa: Its First CRM Reasoning Model Built on NVIDIA Nemotron

Salesforce has launched Koa, its first CRM reasoning model for Agentforce. Developed in partnership with NVIDIA Corporation, Koa is built on the NVIDIA Nemotron AI model and designed to handle complex workflows.

Koa was trained using a proprietary synthetic dataset based on nearly three decades of Salesforce's CRM experience. It outperforms leading models on CRM actions while producing fewer errors, according to Salesforce.

The company retains control of the model weights and conducts post-training and inference within its own trust boundary. This ensures customers have access to a specialized Salesforce-hosted model for Agentforce.
