Salesforce Unveils New Editions with Bundled AI, Security, and Collaboration Tools

Salesforce has announced new editions of its Agentforce platform, which bundle essential tools for business transformation into a single purchase. The new Core, Advanced, and Max editions include native AI, security, analytics, collaboration, and support, streamlining the buying process and enabling customers to move from decision to deployment faster.

The new editions combine previously separate features such as Slack, Tableau Next, Premier Success Plan, enterprise-grade security, and out-of-the-box AI built for every role. The Max edition alone offers 60% more value than the Agentforce 1 Edition at no additional cost.

Existing Agentforce 1 Edition customers can upgrade to the new Max edition at no extra cost, with up to $500 in added value. The new editions cater to various business needs, including sales, service, and industry-specific requirements.
