Salesforce Unveils Trusted Enterprise AI Harness for Agentic Enterprises
Salesforce has introduced the Trusted Enterprise AI Harness, a new architecture that enables AI to understand and act on customer and business data in a trusted manner. This is part of the company's Agentic Enterprise initiative, which aims to change how work gets done across every business function.
The Trusted Enterprise AI Harness brings together six capabilities: Trusted Context, Trusted Agency, Trusted Action, Trusted Governance, Trusted Security, and Trusted Models. These capabilities are designed to give AI what it needs to understand the business, reason and plan, take action, and operate within enterprise controls.
According to Rohan Kumar, President and Chief Platform and Engineering Officer at Salesforce, 'The Agentic Enterprise won't be defined by which model a company chooses. Models will keep changing, and intelligence will increasingly be available everywhere. What will differentiate an enterprise is the trusted, proprietary context it brings to that intelligence, starting with the customer, and its ability to turn that context into action securely.'
