Samsara Price Target Hikes to $52.00 Amid Strong Q2 Earnings

Samsara (NYSE:IOT) has seen its price target raised to $52.00 by JPMorgan Chase & Co., representing a potential upside of 28.38% from its current price. This is not an isolated event, as several other brokerages have also increased their price objectives on the company in recent days.

The latest revision comes after Samsara released its second-quarter earnings results, which exceeded expectations with revenue rising approximately 30% year over year to $508.4 million. Non-GAAP EPS was $0.20 versus expectations of about $0.16-$0.17, while GAAP EPS was $0.03 compared with a loss in the prior-year period.

The company's growth prospects have been bolstered by strong recurring revenue and enterprise demand, with annual recurring revenue reaching roughly $2.1 billion, up 30% year over year. Management has also raised its forecast for fiscal 2027, with revenue guidance of $2.043 billion-$2.047 billion and EPS guidance of $0.76-$0.78 above the roughly $0.60 consensus.
