The series consists of two tablets: the Galaxy Tab S12+ and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra. The Google Play Console lists five models of the Galaxy Tab S12+ and three models of the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra. This development is significant, given that Samsung confirmed it would unveil the Galaxy Tab S12 series in H2 2026.
The Wi-Fi-only version of the Galaxy Tab S12+ has a codename 'gts12pwifi' and model designation SM-X840, while the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra's Wi-Fi-only version has a codename 'gts12uwifi' and model designation SM-X940. These details hint at the technical specifications of the upcoming tablets.
The Galaxy Tab S11 series was unveiled last September, and it is likely that the Galaxy Tab S12 lineup will follow suit around the same time. As we move closer to their unveiling, more information about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra should surface.
