Samsung Phones Outshine Pixels for Me: Here's Why

I've been reviewing phones for years and I have to say that Samsung Galaxy phones are my top choice, despite Google's Pixel lineup being a great option. When it comes to day-to-day use, Samsung gets more right than Google.

Samsung's apps and features are often better than their Google counterparts. For example, Secure Folder is a standout feature, allowing users to hide sensitive information from the app drawer entirely. In contrast, Pixel's Private Space has limitations and requires a secondary Google account.

The One UI on Samsung phones is also more flexible and fun than Pixel UI. With options for customization, such as redesigning the keyboard or hiding status bar icons, Samsung gives users more control over their experience. On the other hand, Pixel's UI can feel restrictive after a few weeks of use.

In terms of performance, most flagship Galaxy phones in the US come with Snapdragon chips that outperform Google's Tensor chips. This is a key consideration for me when choosing a phone, as I want a device that works reliably and efficiently.
