The bank owned 144,728 shares of McDonald's stock after buying an additional 23,442 shares during the period, valued at $38,874,000 at the end of the most recent quarter.
This is not an isolated instance; several other hedge funds and institutional investors also added to or reduced their stakes in MCD. Among them are Hamilton Point Investment Advisors LLC, Richmond Investment Services LLC, Papamarkou Wellner Asset Management inc., Allied Investment Advisors LLC, and Parvin Asset Management LLC.
The market capitalization of McDonald's stands at $180.94 billion, with a price-to-earnings ratio of 20.77 and a PEG ratio of 2.76. The firm's quarterly earnings data was released on August 4th, showing $3.38 earnings per share that topped analysts' consensus estimates by $0.06.
