A Sepehran Airlines Boeing 737 was forced to make an emergency landing in Mashhad, Iran after losing a tyre on its landing gear shortly after takeoff. The incident occurred at around 5:39 pm local time while the plane was operating from Mashhad to Kermanshah. According to reports, part of the cabin ceiling broke apart mid-flight due to intense shaking, leaving passengers alarmed.

The aircraft had developed a problem shortly after takeoff and returned to Mashhad after the pilots declared an emergency. Initial accounts suggested that a tyre may have burst during the takeoff roll, but this has not been confirmed. The precise nature of the technical problem was not immediately disclosed.

No passengers were injured in the incident, and everyone on board was safely evacuated from the aircraft. Passengers disembarked and were transferred to another flight to Kermanshah. The runway at Mashhad airport was temporarily closed for assessment before reopening later in the day.
