Seward Volleyball Team Secures Three Wins at Cisco Classic
The Seward volleyball team made significant progress at Cisco's classic tournament last Friday and Saturday. They secured three wins out of four matches, showcasing their improvement and resilience.
On Friday, Seward defeated Polk State in a closely contested match, winning 10-25, 25-18, 25-20, 15-25, 15-11. The Saints then convincingly beat Dallas College-Richland with scores of 25-11, 25-21, and 25-22.
Saturday's results saw Seward beating Collin in a hard-fought match, 19-25, 25-15, 25-20, 25-17. Unfortunately, they lost to the host Cisco with scores of 18-25, 16-25, and 19-25.
The team's performance at the tournament has set them up well for their upcoming conference play. They will face Hutchinson on Monday night at 6:30 in the Green House.
