3i Infotech Ltd has appointed Shavee Sehajpal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing 24 years of experience in organisational transformation, leadership, talent management and culture to her new role. Her professional background spans global technology, services and business environments.
Sehajpal's career across several organisations has provided exposure to people leadership and organisational initiatives within global technology and business environments, including NTT DATA, Algonomy, Honeywell Technologies, A.P. Moller, Maersk, Wipro BPO, Allcargo Logistics, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Intelligroup.
As CHRO, Sehajpal will contribute to strengthening the company's people and leadership agenda, drawing on her experience in organisational transformation and talent and culture.
