Shavee Sehajpal Named CHRO at 3i Infotech as Company Continues Digital Transformation Journey

3i Infotech Ltd., a global IT company based in Mumbai, India, has appointed Shavee Sehajpal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Sehajpal brings over two decades of experience in HR leadership and transformation to the role. She has worked with various companies, including NTT DATA, Algonomy, Honeywell, Maersk Global Service Centres, Wipro BPO, Allcargo Global Logistics Limited, Tata Consultancy Services, Blackpool Borough Council, and Intelligroup.

Sehajpal's most recent role was as HR Head - India at NTT DATA, where she led a 30-member team supporting over 4,000 employees across India. She partnered with CXOs on HR strategy, workforce planning, executive hiring, performance alignment, and cost management. Sehajpal also harmonised HR across four legal entities, unifying policy, payroll, compliance, compensation, and learning and development.

As CHRO at 3i Infotech, Sehajpal will leverage her expertise to drive the company's digital transformation journey. With a strong background in organisational transformation, strategic HR, workforce planning, leadership, talent management, culture, and HR analytics, she is well-equipped to tackle the challenges of the role.
