Sherwin-Williams Posts Strong Q2 Results, Lifts Earnings Outlook
Sherwin-Williams has reported strong second-quarter financial results, raising its full-year earnings outlook despite ongoing economic uncertainty.
The global coatings manufacturer saw net sales increase by 7.5% to $6.79 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to the same period last year.
Diluted earnings per share rose 14.3% to $3.43, while adjusted diluted earnings per share increased 9.5% to $3.70.
The company's Performance Coatings Group recorded higher sales across all businesses, with automotive refinish coatings posting high-single-digit growth matching the performance of the General Industrial business.
