Paint company Sherwin-Williams has chosen Celery as its 2027 Color of the Year. The 'light and airy herbal green' is described by the company's Trendsight Team as a calming hue that brings freshness to any space.
Celery, an existing color in Sherwin-Williams' lineup, was selected for both Sherwin-Williams (SW 6421) and HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams (HGSW6421). According to Ashley Banbury, color marketing manager at Sherwin-Williams, the color 'reflects today's priorities: wellness, balance, and connection.'
Banbury notes that homeowners and designers are increasingly prioritizing wellness in their homes, seeking soothing environments that support mental health and overall well-being. Celery offers versatility and can be paired with various colors to create different looks.
