Shiprocket Taps Experienced CHRO as Business Head of 10XPeople.Ai

Shiprocket has appointed Saumya K as both Group CHRO and Business Head of its AI-focused subsidiary, 10XPeople.Ai. In a LinkedIn post announcing her new role, Saumya shared her excitement about this change.

Saumya has been with Shiprocket for nearly five years, serving most recently as the company's Group Chief Human Resources officer. With over two decades of experience in HR under her belt, she brings significant expertise to her new position at 10XPeople.Ai.

Before joining Shiprocket, Saumya held various roles at well-established companies such as Yum, Gap, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Perfetti Van Melle, and the Tata Group. Her background in HR has equipped her with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic workforce planning.
