Shoot 360 Aims for Perfection with Cutting-Edge Tech
Shoot 360 is a basketball training facility that combines cutting-edge technology with elite coaching to help athletes of all skill levels and ages improve their game. The facility's founder, Craig Moody, had a vision to create a high-tech gym inspired by video games, after observing his children playing NBA 2K instead of practicing at the local park.
Moody began building the framework for Shoot 360 in 2011, and it officially opened its doors in Beaverton, Oregon in 2012. The facility uses a range of Microsoft products, including Azure, Azure SQL Database, and Microsoft Intune to manage its systems and track athlete progress.
The technology at Shoot 360 allows athletes to log in and work on skill drills, earning points and XP (experience points) as they complete challenges. The system also tracks athlete performance, providing real-time feedback on their shooting form and technique.
