Signal Proxy Intelligence Issues Recommendations for Procter & Gamble Annual Meeting

Signal Proxy Intelligence, an independent research firm, has published its recommendations for The Procter & Gamble Company's (NYSE:PG) annual meeting on October 13, 2026. According to SPI, the ballot carries a concern band of Contested. In one case, their recommendation diverged from that of the board.

The advisory vote on executive compensation is recommended as FOR, with 92.2% of votes cast supporting Say on Pay at the 2025 annual meeting. On the election of directors, SPI also recommends voting FOR for the nominees presented on the ballot.
