Signed Copies of Rohde's 'Floating Mountains' Book Available at DisneyStore.com
Disney Legend Joe Rohde is making his new book, Floating Mountains: The Art of Imagining the Impossible, available to fans. According to Rohde's Instagram post, a limited number of signed copies will be available on DisneyStore.com starting August 17.
The book, which releases officially on September 8th, 2026, is published by National Geographic and covers highlights from Rohde's career with Walt Disney Imagineering. He led major projects like Disney's Animal Kingdom and ventured into space tourism and international field expeditions.
Rohde will be a guest at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event this weekend, where you can purchase the book in advance and get it signed by Rohde all three days. However, if you miss that opportunity, the signed copies on DisneyStore.com will become available the morning of August 17.
