Simu Liu Slams Marvel Studios Over Omitted Watchlist for Avengers: Doomsday

Simu Liu, the star of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, expressed his discontent on social media over Marvel Studios and Disney's decision to exclude Shang-Chi from their recommended watchlist for Avengers: Doomsday.

The list, which appears on Disney+, includes titles such as Avengers: Endgame, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, and Thor: Love and Thunder, but surprisingly omits both Shang-Chi and Deadpool & Wolverine.

Liu's reaction to the omission was a simple yet telling word: 'typical.'

This is not the first time Liu has spoken out about the underutilization of Shang-Chi in the MCU. In a previous post, he stated that he simply wanted his character's existence to be acknowledged.
