Skyline Chili Taps Industry Veteran as New CEO
Skyline Chili has announced a change in leadership after several years of expansion. Carl Stealey will take over as CEO, replacing Dick Williams who will remain chairman of the board. According to Williams, Skyline has 'incredible momentum' and Stealey is the right leader to help build on it.
Stealey brings over two decades of experience in the food industry, including leadership positions at The Honey Baked Ham Company, Conagra Brands, and Procter & Gamble. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
The company has spent tens of millions of dollars modernizing its commissary and rebuilding its headquarters in Cincinnati. Skyline has also opened nine new restaurants over the past three years, with 24 existing locations undergoing significant renovations.
