Skyline Chili Taps Restaurant Veteran for Top Post
Skyline Chili has appointed Carl Stealey as its new chief executive officer (CEO), replacing Dick Williams who will take on the role of chairman. The leadership change comes after a period of significant investment and expansion for the Cincinnati-based chain.
Stealey, a veteran of the restaurant industry with over two decades of experience in consumer products, food, and restaurants, will oversee Skyline's operations as it continues to build on its growth strategy. He most recently served as chief commercial officer of The Honey Baked Ham Co. and previously held senior roles at Procter & Gamble.
Under Williams' leadership since 2023, Skyline has expanded its menu and distribution channels, introduced new products, and invested over $20 million in upgrades to its commissary, headquarters, and restaurants.
