Slackforce Surfaces Brings Interactive Experiences Directly into Slack

Salesforce has introduced Slackforce Surfaces, an AI-powered interface to Salesforce built directly into the flow of work in Slack. This conversational tool allows users to transform data from Salesforce and beyond into rich, interactive experiences inside Slack.

The vision for this technology began six months ago with a prediction by co-founder Parker Harris: 'You may never log in to Salesforce again.'

Slackforce Surfaces is built on the existing permissions of the user, so only what they are allowed to see is visible. The tool can be used to create dashboards, executive decks, and reports that live in one shared place where teams can work together.
