SpaceX Crushes Nvidia in Revenue Growth Projections
SpaceX's projected revenue growth over the next five years has left even Nvidia in the dust, according to analyst forecast charts published by Ticker Take. The data shows SpaceX's projected 5-year revenue growth at a staggering 2,090%, more than seven times Nvidia's 288%. This outpaces other tech giants like Alphabet, Microsoft, Tesla, Amazon, and Apple.
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk responded to the forecast, stating that he believes both SpaceX and Tesla will exceed these expectations. He thinks current market valuations still fail to reflect the true growth potential of both companies.
The growth momentum for SpaceX stems from two main drivers: the expansion of its satellite internet service Starlink, which generates stable and predictable recurring revenue, and its aggressive positioning in the artificial intelligence infrastructure sector.
According to Reuters reporting earlier this year, SpaceX expects annualized revenue to reach $100 billion by the end of 2026. To support massive compute demand, SpaceX plans to build a giant chip fabrication facility in Texas, achieving vertical integration.
