SpaceX's CFO Bret Johnsen spoke at Goldman Sachs' Communacopia + Technology Conference, emphasizing the company's strong relationship with Nvidia. This partnership is crucial for SpaceX's expanding AI infrastructure, which plans to increase its terrestrial compute capacity from just over 2 gigawatts in 2026 to between five and ten gigawatts in 2027.

The deal with Nvidia will provide exclusive access to key AI processors, a crucial component of the company's growing data-center infrastructure. This expansion is driven by sustained demand for compute power, with Johnsen stating that 'almost everybody' in the AI industry has approached SpaceX.

In addition to its partnership with Nvidia, SpaceX recently signed another hosting deal worth about $13 billion in annual recurring revenue. This agreement will commence from December 1 and further boosts the company's confidence in reaching its $100 billion year-end ARR target.
