SPI Recommends Voting For at P&G Annual Meeting Amid Contested Ballot

Signal Proxy Intelligence (SPI), an independent proxy research division of Signal Law Group, has published its recommendations for The Procter & Gamble Company's (NYSE:PG) annual meeting on October 13, 2026. The firm reviewed the ballot from the perspective of a common shareholder and issued recommendations on each of the six items, including two proposals that diverge from the board's recommendation.

According to SPI, the advisory vote on executive compensation is a key issue at the meeting. Citing publicly available information, the firm notes that 92.2% of votes cast supported Say on Pay at the 2025 annual meeting. Based on this data, SPI recommends voting FOR on this item.

For the election of directors, SPI also recommends voting FOR, citing the director nominees as presented on the ballot. The firm's recommendations diverge from the board's in three areas, including a shareholder proposal requesting lower thresholds for special meetings.
