SRS Bolsters HVAC Platform with Lohmiller Acquisition
SRS Distribution has made another move to strengthen its HVAC platform through an acquisition of Lohmiller & Company, a Denver-based wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. This is SRS' second major deal in this space after acquiring Mingledorff's in May.
The acquisition follows SRS' previous deals with GMS for $5.5 billion and The Home Depot's purchase of SRS for approximately $18.25 billion in 2024, which included HVAC distribution as a key target market valued at around $100 billion.
SRS CEO Dan Tinker stated that Lohmiller is the 'second addition to our nascent HVAC platform', and both Lohmiller and Mingledorff's are aligned with Carrier Corp. This deal represents a new product vertical for SRS, positioning its AI-powered B2B commerce platform for continued expansion.
