SRS Distribution Bolsters HVAC Portfolio with Lohmiller Acquisition
Home Depot's subsidiary SRS Distribution has made another major move in the HVAC industry. The company announced that it will acquire Lohmiller & Company, a Denver-based distributor of residential and commercial Carrier products across four locations in Colorado. This acquisition follows SRS's purchase of Mingledorff's, the Southeast's largest Carrier and Bryant distributor.
Lohmiller generates approximately $250 million in revenue annually and employs 220 people. The company's president, Tim Brooks, stated that by leveraging SRS's resources and expertise, they plan to strengthen relationships with customers while providing opportunities for employees to grow their careers.
This deal marks the second HVAC acquisition made by SRS in recent months. In a statement, SRS CEO Dan Tinker said, 'Lohmiller and Mingledorff's are both strategically aligned with Carrier, and we are thrilled to support this partnership as we continue expansion in the HVAC space.'
