Stevens Unloads $646M Worth of Nvidia Stock Amid AI Testing Capacity Strains
Nvidia's stock price slipped overnight as director Mark Stevens sold nearly $646.5 million worth of shares, according to SEC filings.
The sales occurred between August 31 and September 4, with individual transactions ranging from $220 to $234 per share.
Despite the large sale, Stevens still holds a significant Nvidia stake, with over 11.5 million shares directly and 15 million through the Envy Trust.
The company is facing capacity strains in AI chip testing, leading it to pay more for probe cards and test sockets, which has tightened supplies for other designers.
