Study: Daily Food Choices Can Cost You Minutes off Your Life
A recent study published in 'Nature Food' reveals that daily food choices can significantly impact long-term health.
Researchers at the University of Michigan analyzed over 5,800 food products consumed every day in the U.S. and found that a serving of Coca-Cola is associated with a loss of about 12 minutes of healthy life.
In contrast, consuming a hot dog can lead to a reduction of up to 36 minutes of healthy life, while eating nuts and seeds can add around 25 minutes of healthy life.
