Sugar Slams American Express Over Credit Limit Rejection

Business mogul Lord Alan Sugar has lashed out at American Express after being denied a credit limit increase, calling them 'a bunch of idiots'.

Sugar, who is known for his sharp tongue and no-nonsense attitude on the BBC's The Apprentice, was trying to get an increase in his credit limit with the company. He claimed he spent over an hour on the phone with American Express, being passed from one person to another before finally speaking to a representative in Brighton.

The 79-year-old entrepreneur expressed frustration that despite being aware of his financial standing, American Express refused to grant him the increase due to their system.
