Summerween Spooks Illinois Home with Giant Skeleton
Cody Brown and Eternitie Routh have been celebrating Summerween, a Halloween-themed event that takes place in the summer months, at their home in Illinois for several years.
The couple sets up spooky decorations in their yard, including a 12-foot-tall skeleton with outstretched bony fingers, which stays up year-round and is often dressed up in different outfits depending on the occasion.
Routh shops year-round to add to her collection of Halloween decorations, scouring Facebook Marketplace, Home Depot, Menards, and Lowe's for deals, including clearance items and display models.
The couple's three children, aged 4, 7, and 9, are also fans of the spine-chilling atmosphere, with the kids even dressing up in costumes and helping to arrange the decorations.
