Sunset Boulevard at Disney's Hollywood Studios Gets New Pavement

Crews at Disney's Hollywood Studios are working on repaving a large section of Sunset Boulevard. This thoroughfare connects the park's main street, Hollywood Boulevard, to The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

The new pavement is noticeably darker than the surrounding areas and can be seen outside the Once Upon a Time gift shop, which is currently roped off from the construction site.

Frequent repaving is necessary at Walt Disney World due to the high foot traffic on walkways and roads, as well as occasional vehicular activity. In fact, earlier this year, the pavement at the park's entrance was also repainted.
