Take-Two Interactive has begun the legal process to identify and take down 'Cyberleek', the individual behind a series of leaked GTA 6 videos. The publisher issued subpoenas in federal court to Discord and Microsoft, hoping to obtain information about Cyberleek's accounts and activities.

The subpoenas, issued under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), target several platforms including Discord, GitHub, OneDrive, Google, and Xbox. Take-Two believes it has identified several Discord handles for Cyberleek and servers where he was conducting his operation.

Cyberleek has been leaking GTA 6 footage ahead of Rockstar Games' planned Netflix reveal on August 27. The leak has reportedly generated significant interest in a shady cryptocurrency that has earned $30,000 in trading fees within 24 hours.
