TAROM Takes Delivery of First Boeing 737-8 as Part of Fleet Renewal
Romanian flag carrier TAROM has taken delivery of its first Boeing 737-8 from CDB Aviation, an Irish subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing.
The aircraft is expected to improve fleet efficiency while reducing fuel consumption and emissions by about 20% compared with the one it replaces.
TAROM plans to deploy the new aircraft on routes linking Romania with major European capitals as part of its fleet renewal programme.
