Jennifer Taubert will retire as Executive Vice President and Worldwide Chairman of Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine business on September 1, 2026. She has spent over 21 years at the company.

Taubert led the company's pharmaceutical business to grow to more than $60 billion in annual revenue under her leadership. Her tenure saw significant advancements in oncology, immunology, neuroscience, and cardiovascular disease treatment.

Tom Cavanaugh will succeed Taubert as EVP, Worldwide Chairman Innovative Medicine. He has nearly three decades of biopharmaceutical experience and a proven track record of growth.
