Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Buy Historic Ohio Estate for $5.35 Million
Taylor Swift and her husband Travis Kelce have purchased a historic estate in Ohio for $5.35 million.
The mansion, built in 1895, features an eight-bedroom layout and is situated on three acres of land overlooking Lake Erie.
The property has undergone significant renovations, including the addition of a new bluestone patio and pool, as well as the restoration of original door hardware.
Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, purchased the estate in March, just miles from his childhood home of Cleveland Heights.
The mansion has an interesting history, having been owned by the president of Sherwin-Williams Co. at one point and even serving as a speakeasy during Prohibition.
Taylor Swift, known for her love of historic homes, has proven to be a careful steward of architectural history, having overseen renovations on several properties in the past.
