Tech Giants Expand Capabilities with Strategic Acquisitions

Three major tech deals have been announced in recent days, expanding the capabilities of Cloud for Good, Bondada Dynamics, and Indutrade.

Cloud for Good acquired StackNexus, a company that specializes in Salesforce architecture, platform integration, application modernization, automation, and AI. This acquisition strengthens Cloud for Good's ability to deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementation, managed services, and AI-enabled consulting across various industries.

Bondada Dynamics has acquired a 75 percent stake in KCS Engineering Solutions, expanding its capabilities in precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and defense technologies. KCS designs and manufactures aerospace, defense, and industrial engineering systems.

Indutrade announced the acquisition of Controlin, a developer of intelligent building automation and energy management systems. This acquisition strengthens Indutrade's Infrastructure & Construction business area by expanding its portfolio of smart building technologies supporting electrification, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure.
