Bondada Dynamics has acquired a 75 percent stake in KCS Engineering Solutions, expanding its capabilities in precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and defense technologies. KCS designs and manufactures aerospace, defense, and industrial engineering systems.
Indutrade announced the acquisition of Controlin, a developer of intelligent building automation and energy management systems. This acquisition strengthens Indutrade's Infrastructure & Construction business area by expanding its portfolio of smart building technologies supporting electrification, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure.
