Tech Stocks Surge After Hours on Robust Earnings Reports from CrowdStrike, Salesforce, and Okta

CrowdStrike, Salesforce, and Okta saw their share prices surge after hours on Wednesday following robust Q2 earnings reports.

CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company, reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.31, beating the Wall Street consensus by $0.02 per share. Revenue climbed 25% YoY to $1.47 billion, surpassing expectations by $30 million.

The company's management raised its full-year outlook, predicting at least $1.25 in adjusted EPS and $6 billion in revenue, both above the consensus estimates of $1.23 and $5.94 billion, respectively.

Salesforce saw its stock price jump over 12% to $230 afterhours after beating earnings estimates by $2.63 per share. Revenue grew 11% YoY to $11.35 billion, exceeding expectations by $30 million.

The company raised its revenue and EPS guidance for the fiscal third quarter slightly above prior consensus levels.
