Tech Titans Set Sights on New Price Targets
The tech sector has seen significant growth in recent months, and three of its largest players, Apple (AAPL), Alphabet (GOOG), and Amazon (AMZN), are showing promising signs.
Apple's stock has risen 13.84% year-to-date, while Alphabet's has gained a staggering 85.46% over the past year. Meanwhile, Amazon just reported its fastest AWS growth in 18 quarters.
A report suggests that all three companies have strong bull cases for continued growth into 2027. For Apple to reach $400, the company needs to see sustained strength in its Services business and monetization of its Siri AI technology.
Alphabet's path to $500 is tied to the growth of its Cloud business, which has accelerated significantly over the past year. The company's Cloud revenue grew 82% in Q2, and it now accounts for nearly 63% of Alphabet's total revenue.
Amazon's journey to $350 is built on the success of its AWS business and custom silicon initiatives. The company's OpenAI partnership will see a commitment to 2 GW of Trainium capacity starting in 2027, which could drive significant growth for Amazon's AI and Chips businesses.
