Tech Titans Shine with New Phone Launches and AI Hype
The tech sector remained in focus this week as investors digested earnings reports from heavyweights including Oracle and Adobe. One of the most notable announcements was Apple's launch of its new iPhone models, which include a foldable phone called the iPhone Duo.
The iPhone Duo has two rounded corners and is Apple's thinnest iPhone ever. It starts at $1,999 for the 256 GB option and runs up to 2 TB, with pre-orders starting on Oct. 16 and availability on Oct. 23.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang also made headlines by reiterating his confidence in growing revenue 70% next year, citing cybersecurity as a major growth area for artificial intelligence. Nvidia is also expected to capture a larger share of data center spending as it moves from selling GPUs into a full-stack AI factory system.
