Teen Girl Charged in Brutal Push of Amazon Worker to Death on Chicago Train
A devastating incident has shaken Chicago's transportation system after a beloved uncle and Amazon worker was pushed to his death by three individuals, including a 15-year-old girl, while on his way home from an overnight shift.
Kyle Bickham, 29, was allegedly shoved off the moving CTA Red Line train during an altercation on September 7. The teen girl, who has not been named due to her age, was charged with first-degree murder, mob action, and aggravated battery to a transit employee among other counts.
Bickham's family described him as a 'fun-loving' and 'hardworking' man who cared deeply for his family. His parents said he had just moved into a new apartment and endured a long commute and difficult work schedule to make ends meet.
The alleged teen killer was ordered to be held behind bars during a court hearing on Saturday, while police continue to search for the two other individuals involved in the altercation.
