Tendfor Achieves Microsoft Teams Certification
AnywhereNow's Tendfor has achieved Microsoft Teams certification, making it easier for organisations to integrate contact centre functions into their collaboration platform. This certification is part of Microsoft's Unify Integration Model, which aims to bring customer engagement software directly into Teams.
Tendfor combines contact centre and attendant functions within the same workspace, allowing staff to use familiar Teams tools and workflows instead of switching between systems. The product supports live customer engagement, internal communications, call handling, reception processes, operational oversight, and service delivery for distributed organisations.
AnywhereNow, a provider of customer experience software built for the Microsoft Teams ecosystem, has described this certification as an important milestone for Tendfor and its users. 'Being Certified for Microsoft Teams Unify Integration Model is an important milestone for Tendfor and the customers and partners who rely on our platform,' said Luke Orlandini, Head of Partnerships at AnywhereNow.
Microsoft also commented on the certification, presenting Tendfor as an example of how contact centre and attendant software can sit within the collaboration platform many organisations use every day. 'Tendfor adds value for customers by integrating contact centre and attendant capabilities with Microsoft Teams,' said Albert Kooiman, General Manager, Partner Engineering and Customer Experiences at Microsoft.
