The RSUs include time-based awards granted in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 with scheduled vesting dates between April 1, 2027 and April 1, 2030. Additionally, performance-based RSUs were granted in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

For the performance-based RSUs, between 0% and 200% of the target units may vest based on Apple's relative total shareholder return over specified multi-year fiscal periods.
