Apple's new CEO John Ternus has taken over from Tim Cook, and veteran tech investor Gene Munster believes his first priority should be addressing the company's talent pool.

Munster, a longtime Apple stock bull, expressed concern about the escalating talent war in Silicon Valley, where AI startups like OpenAI are poaching top workers from established companies such as Apple. According to Munster, OpenAI has lost 400 employees to Apple in recent years and jabbed at the iPhone maker over its trade secrets lawsuit.
