Texas Roadhouse Expands in Jacksonville with New Restaurant
Texas Roadhouse is expanding its presence in Jacksonville, Florida, by taking over a former Fifth Third Bank location.
The restaurant chain has announced plans to build an 8,000-square-foot eatery next to The Home Depot, making it their fifth location in the city. According to a company email, Texas Roadhouse chose this site to address a gap in its footprint.
The new restaurant will span 1.79 of the total 2.19-acre site, with Texas Roadhouse leasing the land from Ash Properties. It is not clear if other tenants will occupy the remaining space.
