The Wyndham Championship is set to begin this week in Greensboro, featuring a strong Indian-origin contingent. Sahith Theegala and Aaron Rai will lead the charge, having secured positions within the top 70 of the FedExCup standings.

Theegala returns from an injury-plagued 2025 season that saw him miss the FedExCup Playoffs for the first time in his career. However, he has made a strong comeback, with notable results including ties for eighth at The American Express and seventh at the Farmers Insurance Open.

Rai, meanwhile, will be looking to build on his recent successes, having won the PGA Championship earlier this year and becoming the first Indian-origin golfer to win a men's major title. He will begin his campaign alongside Tom Kim and J.T. Poston on Thursday.
