The Q2 earnings season has been marked by positive results for several companies, including Apple, EMCOR Group, and Johnson & Johnson. Among them, Apple posted its strongest June-quarter period ever, with quarterly revenue of $109.4 billion growing 16% year-over-year. Adjusted EPS came in at $2.02, a 29% increase from the same period last year.

Apple's results were driven by double-digit revenue growth across iPhone, Mac, and Services, as well as strong sales in every geographic segment. The company also reported an all-time high installed base of active devices across its major product categories, with its overall gross margin benefiting from tariff refunds.

EMCOR Group similarly broke records, posting revenues of $5.2 billion that reflected a 20% year-over-year increase. Adjusted EPS came in at $9.06, up 35% from the same period last year. The company also reported an all-time high remaining performance obligations (RPO) of $17.1 billion, which surged 44% YoY.

Johnson & Johnson, meanwhile, delivered a new quarterly record for sales of $25.3 billion, growing by a solid 6.6% year-over-year. The company also increased its current fiscal year sales and adjusted EPS guidance, putting it on track to meet its 2026 target of more than $100 billion in annual revenue for the first time in its history.
