Tiger Global Bets Big on AI Chip Upstarts Amid Mega-Cap Reductions
Tiger Global Management's Q2 portfolio overhaul has been revealed in its latest 13F filing, showing a significant shift towards AI-related investments.
The fund held 46 stocks with a total market value of approximately $23.98 billion as of June 30. Among the notable moves, Tiger Global established new positions in AI chipmaker Cerebras and AMD, while boosting its Intel stake by 159.52% to 4.25 million shares.
The fund also initiated new positions in Seagate Technology and Visa, with a quarter-end market value of approximately $275 million and $274 million, respectively.
Tiger Global's top ten holdings were all reduced, including Alphabet by roughly $1.72 billion, Broadcom by approximately $690 million, and AppLovin and Zillow fully liquidated.
